This course is for Senior/Executive Staff of IT

Aim of Course: At the end of the programme participants should be able to:

- select and apply appropriate quality control practices and procedures;
- use external certification to enhance existing practices;
- devise an appropriate software quality system for application domain;
- conduct effective inspections, reviews and audits;
- develop and document a quality assurance plan for large, small and fast trade projects;
- define the roles of an effective quality assurance group;
- implement comprehensive system of matrix and reports.
